It was the winter of 2003. Me and a mate were just chilling out at a place we go to smoke the occasional joint, it’s a place where often a lot of us meet up after we have been clubbing. We drove up to the normal car park that we use, but some bloody do-gooder had put a barrier down so we couldn’t get in. Anyway, there is another little car park that you pass on the way in so we decided to go in there for a change.

We put the interior light on and started skinning up. Well, as many of you will know, a switched on interior light is a signal in car park dogging locations. We had no fucking clue of course, so when a guys face pressed up against the window we were just like, “What the fuck!?”

He quickly cleared off when he realized it was 2 guys building a joint though. We were a little spooked but not that worried so we carried on. About 5 mins later a car starts flashing us from deeper within the car park. Again, another car park dogging signal that we missed! This being “our” spot where loads of us hang out, we assumed it was some of our mates so we quickly finished rolling up and turned around and drove up to see who is was….
We pulled up to the car and I wound down the passenger window to see something which I never expected… There’s a car with a guy and a woman inside, the woman is giving the guy a ferocious hand job, on the passenger side is the guy that looked in our window earlier and round the other side is another guy. At first I was a bit scared, our car was pointing the wrong way to get out quickly but I managed to say, “What the fuck is this?”
The guy at the drivers side window laughed, “What, you’ve never heard of car park dogging?”

Well, I had heard of dogging, it had been in the news a bit recently but I was just shocked. The drivers window guy pointed into the car and with a grin said, “Get out and take a look at this”
I looked at my mate, and he shrugged his shoulders, parked the car, sparked the spliff and got out. Well, that was that decided then, we were watching the car park dogging!

In the end it wasn’t really a great dogging experience in its self, but it was my first and that’s what made it so fun.
