What is Dogging?

It's a practice that started here in the UK but seems to be becoming more popular all around the world now, particularly the US, Canada and the Netherlands. The BBC reported on it towards the end of 2003 as the British craze was starting to emerge but it truly exploded in early 2004 when Stan Collymore, an ex-England striker admitted to have taken part in several dogging meets. Having a world class footballer splashed all over the tabloids and talking about his secret life of dogging caused it to become a common household word.
